THE SHEPHERD ISSUE
Shepherd is so much more than just a colorful name for God. Shepherd means God protects us from wolves, leads us by the still waters, and chases after us when we’ve gone astray.
He helps us up when we’ve fallen over and reminds us to keep our sins (aka wool) short so we aren’t bogged down by unecessary weight. We know his voice, and he knows our frame.
